Sridevi makes a Comeback to Bollywood
Sri Devi –who was popularly known in the industry as Thunder Thighs – is all set to make a comeback. She was the reigning queen in the eighties, with hits like Mr. India, Chaalbaaz, Sadma, Laadla, Lamhe, Khuda Gawah etc.
She made a foray on the TV screen as a come back, when she did the Malini Iyer serial for Sahara channel.
On the 24th of February she staged a simply superb performance for the 52nd Filmfare awards function. She danced a medley of the 80’s and was mind blowingly beautiful and graceful.
A sequel to Mr. India is being planned, and Yash Chopra is also planning a movie in which she will star with Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Aishwariya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan. Her husband Boney Kapoor is also planning a big movie for her comeback.
17 years after Chandni and with two beautiful daughters - Jhanvi and Khushi, Sri Devi has still maintained the charm and glamour that surrounds her persona. For an actor with such flair and talent, which is evident – it would be impossible to keep her away, from the call of the spotlights.
So both the yesteryear queens - Madhuri and Sri Devi, will be back to rock Bollywood.
i’ll like to see more only sridevi coz she is not only beautifull even she is much talented them madhuri.
SRI DEVI the goddess herself……..she is a temple of acting madhuri is a kido infront of her. No dubt Sri Devi is the only actress who has the power to take the movie on her shoulders…. Love to see her more and more….
Only Sri Devi…..she should come with shah rukh khan/salman/abhishek/hrithik and love to see her with Amir khan. Yash Copra/karan joher….should cast her. im a big bigb fan of sri devi she is the goddess truely she i guess female amitab bachan. she rules want to see her more than madhuri.

both r good actress, but Madhuri is Madhuri….she snacted that number 1 position from her and remained on top..noone is so far reached to that position..thats why bollywood calls her Miss Bachhan.
Madhuri is much much ahead than Sridevi in terms of Dance and Dialogue delivery, if u ever hear Sridevi’s real voice or even sometime on screen..she tries with some stupid childih way..which irritates…specially in song of Chandani..something shona shona…most iiritating voice..but she is good in her acting…..I think noone can reach Madhuri’s level..thats why Sanjay leela Bhansali, Rakesh Roshan, Hrithik, Shahsrukh Khan, Kareena, Rani, Preity, Yash Chopra, Aditya Chpora, Karan Johar, …list is endless….waiting for her comback…
Sridevi is my all time favorite actress.
She is the perfect blend of sex appeal and a graceful beauty, a supremely talented actress and a real star.
I will love to see her again on the big screen in some role of substance.
Somehow, I feel her talent has not been exploited very well by our filmmakers.
Still she has done some memorable roles.
Nobody can forget her spontaneity in the poetry on Celluloid called “Chandni” and her vulnerability in Lamhe, her perfect child woman act in Sadma or perfect comic timing in Mr. India and Chalbaaz.
Her song “kaate nahi katte yeh din yeh raat….” from Mr. India is one of the most sensuous songs on Hindi Cinema. She did the sond with the same level of versatility as she did the songs in Chandni.. clad in chiffons in the Swiss Alps. She was the perfect Yash Chopra heroine looking gorgeous with the essential chiffon saris. She started a trend for the women all over India by her look in Chandni.
She, a mother of two, still looks absolutely stunning. She is the perfect woman to show the new generation of actresses, how to look sexy without shedding clothes
without any questions the whole world wants to see the true godess of indian cinema back… I mean Sri Devi Ji..
no one can be compared to her talent.. beauty.. personality.. and charm… she was .. is and will be the only true queen of bollywood… so we will always welcome Sri Devi Ji with a big warm hug….

the taller, voluptuous ,talented sridevi any day….Madhuri is no patch on sridevi….Maybe only in dancing madhuri is better but in all other department physical as well as talent madhuri is a pigmy compared to sridevi
For sure Sridevi, she was not only a good dancer but she was a damn good actress. She knew how to make people laugh in a sec and she could make them cry too. Madhuri was just a very good dancer with Unnecessary smile on her face ( more of a toothpaste advertisement).
i would like to see madhuri more often coz she get into the character more professinally and easily and oer she is a dam good performr#

i am so much keen 2 see sri devi back on the screen and she has been splendid always. her comeback will make me crazy with happiness. man she still looks so gorgeous and great and has been a great performer even in movies which did not do v well on the box office.
i would like to see only maduri coz i think she is more talented and intelligent than sridevi. She know the way of acting, and mr. kapil madhuri is more beautiful than sridevi

Common it would be treat to watch these queens again on screen. Atleast a big relief from todays so called actresses. Sridevi high on her versatility, power, histrionics on screen. Madhuri for her grace, style and smile. Ofcourse both are breathtaking dancers. Please comeback soon.
